Chef Tomo Lin

Chef Tomo Lin

Tomo Lin is the main chef at the Fuji Grill Japanese Restaurant. His talents and passion for preparing sushi dishes comes from years of training and experience. Tomo trained in Japan for four years, studying the art of sushi preparation, at one of the most famous restaurants in Yokohama, Japan.

In Marlboro, New Jersey, he was chef in a five-star restaurant for three years. In 2001, high chef Tomo was featured and pictured in the Restaurant Research Society’s “Where to Get a ‘Best Buy’ Party” restaurant report. He spent two years in New Hampshire, and four years in New York City while chef in a famous Japanese restaurant in Manhattan.

Tomo enjoys preparing sushi and experimenting while creating new dishes. To Tomo, it is not merely preparing different sushi dishes for different days of the week, but rather creating speciality dishes to provide a unique experience for his customers that is important.
